Our client is looking for a Senior Project Manager for our media sector client to lead an outsourcing project.

Job Description:

The overall responsibilities of the Project Manager would include direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the client's most demanding projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals. As per project management principles the candidate would be expected to handle any risk management tasks and drive a team of professionals.

As this is a demanding project the client expects the candidate to have exceptional people management skills and strong experience in project management area. In addition the selected candidate would need to be a self-driven individual and have excellent communication skills to manage various stakeholders and be able to communicate with the executive level decision makers.

Responsibilities:

Lead the planning and implementation of the project

Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables

Define project tasks and resource requirements

Develop full scale project plans

Assemble and coordinate project staff

Manage project budget

Manage project resource allocation

Plan and schedule project timelines

Track project deliverables using appropriate tools

Provide direction and support to project team

Quality assurance

Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders

Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions

Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs

Project evaluations and assessment of results

Must have skills:

Strong and proven experience in project management (inc. change, people and risk management) in demanding and complex large scale projects

Demonstrated and proven experience from demanding and complex large scale outsourcing projects

Certification in project management such as PMP, IPMA is seen as a big plus

Experience Required:

Experience in Scrum and Waterfall Project Management

Experience in Project Management (5 years+)

Location: Ede, the Netherlands. On site work required, candidates must be able to travel to client site daily and be living within travel distance to Ede
