My client is looking for a talented Power BI Developer to join their team as a Power BI Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining Power BI dashboards and reports to support our Business Intelligence needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective visualisations that drive insights and decision-making.
You will be responsible for developing Power BI reports and dashboards based on business requirements, design and implement data models to support visualisations, optimise data queries and performance of Power BI reports.
Key Skills
- Proven experience as a Power BI Developer.
- Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query, DAX, and M.
- Strong understanding of Datamodelling and database concepts.
- Experience in data visualisation best practices and techniques.
- Experience with SQL (T-SQL)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
It would be advantageous to have any experience within the education sector, particularly around student records and familiarity with Azure services such as Azure Data Factory, Microsoft Fabric, etc.
