My client is building a team for Global Policy Admin inception.

Support the Product Owners
- Support the Product Owners in ensuring completeness of the epics/stories and acceptance criteria (definition of done/definition of ready) to deliver benefit throughout the delivery cycles
- Support the product owners in the adherence to the agreed business design
- Ensure that quality standards are achieved throughout the build life cycle
- Participate and facilitate in design workshops and agile ceremonies such as sprint demos as part of the agreed ways of working
Knowledge and Experience
- Extensive experience within London Market and Commercial Insurance.
- Translation of overall product vision to tangible requirements and deliverables
- Strong communication and relationship skills
- Strong agile/BA methodology background
- Support for Product Leads in a financial services environment
- Agile environment
- Working with teams located across multiple time zones
- Data flow & contract analysis and definition
- Skilled in the analysis and documentation of complex business processes.
- Experience with multiple methods for the elicitation, validation, and documentation of requirements for complex Information Systems
- Exposure to a wide range of complex Information Systems across a global enterprise.
- Experience working with global product teams, software providers, and outsourcers.
- End to end experience of the product life cycle over numerous medium and large-scale projects.
- Desire to be involved in continuously improving Change Delivery governance processes.
- Broad understanding of product delivery practices and management methodologies
- Able to communicate complex ideas, issues, and designs to varied audiences
- Experience in querying SQL
