A large global organisation is looking for a Digital Asset Management (DAM) and MarTech Consultant to help them:

• review their current DAM needs and challenges
• identify potential DAM solutions
• and craft a comprehensive and competitive Request For Proposal (RFP).

You will work closely with the DAM Manager within the client's company to help review DAM Request For Information (RFI) submissions and produce an RFP document and process for demos from vendors.

Responsibilities

• Help the client in reviewing and analysing RFI submissions from DAM vendors, providing insights and recommendations on their strengths, weaknesses, and suitability for client's requirements
• Help the client in creating and reviewing RFP documentation, ensuring that it covers all the essential criteria and questions for a fair and comprehensive evaluation of DAM vendors
• Help the client in designing and facilitating vendor demos, creating demo scenarios and scripts, and evaluating vendor performance and functionality

Experience

• Extensive experience in the DAM industry, with a deep understanding of the DAM landscape, trends, and best practices
• Previous experience with the major DAM vendors, evaluating their capabilities and implementation
• Experience in conducting DAM needs assessments, gap analyses, vendor evaluations, and RFP processes for multiple clients across different industries and sectors
• Experience in working with heavily regulated industries, with knowledge of the compliance and security requirements for DAM solutions
• Experience and knowledge of best practices for designing and conducting effective and engaging DAM demos, with the ability to showcase the features and benefits of different DAM solutions
