Description

• Provide 2nd line application support to users.
• Client on site report as and when required.
• Troubleshoot and rectify application issues.
• Maintain application performance.
• Collaborate with the technology team on application development and improvements.
• Participate in on-call rota as required.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
• Escalate issues where required to the Application Support Manager.
• Creating, updating and maintaining support documentation.
• Supporting the 1st Line Application Support Engineers as and when required with complex issues.

Profile

• Proven experience working within an Application Support role.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Adaptable to fast paced and ever changing environments.
• Have the ability to work collaboratively within the Application Support team.
• A Full UK Driving Licence.
