SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER - FTC - INSIDE IR35
One of Loriens leading Public Sector Clients is looking to bring on an experienced Senior Project Manager into the team on a fixed term contract.
Knowledge & Experience:
- Extensive experience working as a Senior Project Manager delivering successful business solutions
- Established record of successfully delivering projects in line with business and strategic objectives
- Ability to influence, guide and challenge senior staff
- Experience of developing effective relationships and establishing trust with colleagues and customers
- Ability to obtain results through others by effective mentoring and coaching
- Extensive collaboration skills and the ability to run workshops and deliver effective presentations to senior members of staff
- Track-record of delivering projects through co-design collaborations
- Practical understanding of the key requirements for consistently delivering successful projects
- In depth knowledge of industry best practice and project management techniques with the practical ability to use these to consistently deliver strategic solutions.
Desirable:
- Working as a Programme Manager to manage and deliver a number of closely related projects.
- Contributing to the development and enhancement of programme and project management processes, standards and methodologies.
- Good understanding of current industry best practice in business analysis.
- Developing and implementing a targeted communications strategy to successfully deliver change.
- Awareness and understanding of the structure and business requirements of the University and/or HE sector
- Strong risk management knowledge and mind set. A track record demonstrating the consistent ability to focus on what can go wrong and taking appropriate and timely mitigating action.
- Active interest in continuing professional development.
