Head of Cloud - AWS, DevOps, Enterprise, Pensions, Infrastructure, Modernisation, SaaS, Security, Hybrid (3d/w LDN) Outside IR35

This is a fantastic Head of Cloud contract opportunity to join a leading London based tech company.

The Head of Cloud role is Hybrid with 3d/week in London (City) and is Outside IR35.

As Head of Cloud you will oversee the cloud function and strategy for an established fintech business. Strong AWS is required as Head of Cloud along with all round modern SaaS and associated infrastructure, design and best practices. Projects cover modernisation and migrations (including mergers and de-mergers) as well as on prem to cloud and cloud to cloud - so experience with these is essential as Head of Cloud. Experience within financial Services, Fintech, Insurance, Banking etc is essential as Head of Cloud with Pension experience being high desirable. Enterprise scale projects are essential as Head of Cloud as users are in the millions across the globe. Security and reliability around AWS and Cloud are essential as Head of Cloud as is strong stakeholder management. The broader tech involves Microsoft (.Net, MS SQL) as well as M365 Infrastructure so knowledge will general MS/Windows is required for the Head of Cloud contract position.
