We are IT Recruitment Specialists partnered with a prestigious Global Consultancy who required a Fieldglass API Developer - Knutsford - 2 days working onsite, the balance of time will be remote for one of their public sector Clients based in the UK.

• IR35: This role is inside of IR35
• Initial duration: 6 months

Role and tasks

1. Strong experience in Java 8 and above with proven background in Spring, Spring Boot, Restful services, object orientation and design patterns
2. Good Knowledge of cloud platforms and using continuous integration
3. Build Java applications that are often high-volume and low-latency, required for mission-critical systems
4. Contributing in all phases of the development life cycle
5. Writing well-designed, efficient, and testable code
6. Conducting software analysis, programming, testing, and debugging
7. Managing Java and Java EE application development
8. Ensuring designs comply with specifications
9. Preparing and producing releases of software components
