Senior Support Engineer - (Outside Of IR35) (Contract)
Location: London Country: UK Rate: £150 - £300pd (Outside Of IR35)
Our client are a top tier consultancy looking for a x2 Senior Support Engineers on a 12 months contract.
Support, Maintenance & Optimisation
- ensuring production environments are active, performant, secure, reliable, and monitored
- adherence to Incident Management and Change Management process
- developing, deploying and managing incident related bug fixes across the full SDLC
- obtain and maintain an in-depth understanding of product architecture and implementation
- liaise with IT and third-party partners to ensure service availability, software updates and to resolve application issues where needed
- supporting and troubleshooting, occasionally outside of regular office hours when needed
- working through the application(s) backlog, making functional and non-functional changes & improvements, as well as addressing technical debt across application portfolio
