Our mission is to provide top-tier technical support and innovative IT solutions to ensure our clients' operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled, senior IT System Administrator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our clients' IT infrastructure, primarily escalating from the 1st and 2nd line support teams, and working on advanced projects. Additionally, this role involves mentoring junior staff members and ensuring our clients receive the highest standard of technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure Management: Oversee and manage client systems, including Office 365, Active Directory, and On-Premise Environments.
  • Escalation Support: Act as the point of escalation for complex technical issues from 1st and 2nd line support teams, providing expert resolution promptly.
  • Automation and Scripting: Utilize PowerShell to automate routine tasks and improve system efficiencies.
  • Project Work: Lead and participate in IT projects, ensuring successful implementation of new technologies and solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and support junior IT staff, providing guidance, training, and knowledge sharing to develop their technical skills.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their IT needs and delivering solutions that enhance their operational capabilities.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, processes, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an IT System Administrator or in a similar role within an MSP environment.
  • Expertise in Office 365, PowerShell, Active Directory and On-Premise Infrastructure.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to handle complex technical issues.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Experience working on IT projects from conception to completion.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to mentor and develop junior team members.
