Programme Manager

About the role
As a Programme Manager, you will be playing a pivotal role in facilitating communication between stakeholders, product owners and development teams to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions in an agile environment. As an Agile Program Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and execution of automation projects.

Shifts:
Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

The must-haves:

  • Proven experience in program management, specifically leading automation initiatives within the telecommunications industry.
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies eg Resolvs, Itential, Cisco NSO and OSS applications. £455.07
  • Excellent project management skills to demonstrate the ability to manage complex projects utilizing Agile practices and framework.
  • Stakeholder management and communication skills.

Key responsibilities

  • Strategic planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for automation initiatives aligned with the company's operational objectives. Utilize agile methodologies.
  • Project management: Lead the end-to-end project management, defining project scope, objectives, timelines and resource allocation.
  • Stakeholder Management: collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to gather requirements, define success criteria.

  • A day rate, in-scope IR35, £580.00 via a Hays approved umbrella company) or £455.07 PAYE.
  • This role provides remote working access from the comforts of your own home and only goes to our state-of-the-art office in Reading, 2 days a week.
