Learning Technology Software Engineer (DevOps, API, Integration) - Remote - 6 months+

One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a Learning Technology Software Engineer (DevOps, API, Integration).

For this role you can work fully remotely.

Relevant experience and skills:

Engineering Experience: A minimum of 5-6 years of engineering experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in technical aspects.

Mandatory - Learning Technology Expertise: At least 3-4 years of experience specifically in the field of learning technology. This includes familiarity with various learning platforms and products available in the market.

Software Engineering Principles:

o DevOps Automation: Proficiency in modern DevOps practices, emphasizing automation for efficient development and deployment.

o API Design: Strong knowledge of designing APIs (Application Programming Interfaces) to facilitate seamless communication between systems.

o Decoupling and Reusability: Understanding of principles related to decoupling components and promoting reusability.

o Melvin Conway's Law: Awareness of how organizational structures influence system design.

Integration: Solid experience of integration between different components and technologies.

Development Best Practices: Familiarity with industry best practices in software development, including coding standards, testing, and quality assurance.

Technical Leadership: A proven track record in technical leadership, demonstrating the ability to guide and mentor teams effectively.

Passion for Learning Enhancement: A genuine passion for enhancing learning experiences, aligning with the mission of the organization.
